An Undisclosed Speyside (M) 2005 vintage 17-year-old single cask bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

This is the third of these tantalising 'mystery' Undisclosed Speyside (M) first fill Oloroso sherry casks we've had recently, and the first two sold out in moments - and that was before our dear friend Serge at Whiskyfun rated the previous release at 89 points in a tasting alongside some (other?) Macallans. Fastest fingers first on this one.
