Here at Whisky-Online we have been shipping whisky around the World for over 20 years and so we understand how to prepare your items securely to ensure you receive them in the same condition as they leave us.
Our in-house packing team will wrap and pack your items in bespoke packing material to ensure maximum safety while in transit. We endeavour to use 100% biodegradable materials where possible, which can be used again and again or ultimately can be easily recycled if no further use is required. Our delivery boxes are made of 100% recyclable cardboard.
We use DHL as our primary delivery company. DHL is the world’s leading logistics company and we favour DHL as we have found over the years they are the most trusted delivery company we have used. We work closely with our dedicated manager who is always available should we need direct assistance. We also favour DHL for international deliveries as they have their own aircrafts which allows us to ship alcohol to as many destinations around the world as safely and securely as possible.

All deliveries have to be signed for and will only be left with persons over the legal drinking age for their country.
Delivery times should be taken as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
Before signing for any goods, all parcels must to be checked carefully. If the seal is broken or if the package is damaged or wet, sign carrier's sheet strictly in accordance with the actual condition. It is not sufficient to sign "unexamined". In the rare event your order is damaged or there is an issue, please retain all packaging, contact us immediately with photographs and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.

NON-UK DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please note that goods purchased in the UK but delivered outside the UK will NOT have UK VAT added at the time of purchase but WILL be subject to VAT and possibly customs import duties on arrival at the destination country.
• Duties and taxes are charged by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
• Our courier DHL will pay the charges on the receiver's behalf and collect payment from the receiver prior to or on delivery. There may be an admin fee associated with this service.
• Deliveries outside the UK, particularly to EU countries may be subject to delays due to Brexit administrative issues. We are unable to provide refunds on purchases which have been delayed, destroyed or returned to us due to unpaid fees and/or taxes or due to any other customs or administrative issues.
• Please note that due to ongoing post Brexit issues we are unable to ship to the following countries until further notice France, Poland, Greece, Italy, Hungary, Czechia, Sweden.

We do offer delivery to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland — due to the couriers classing certain areas as remote, we do regrettably have to charge accordingly. However, we do understand how frustrating this is for residents of these locations and therefore to make it economical for us as business, we do offer Free shipping for orders totalling £180 or more.

If you require your order to be delivered within 48 hours, you must place your order before 2pm Monday - Wednesday. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for weekend deliveries or Banks Holidays.
