Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 58.6%
The Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull has been on a hot streak for the last few years, with interest in their peated single malt Ledaig going off the scale as more and more whisky fans succumb to its earthy, rubbery charms.
As great as Ledaig can be, though, we mustn't let that overshadow Tobermory's unpeated single malt, which is a really splendid dram as well. This Tobermory is a small batch limited edition of just over 3000 bottles of the 2007 vintage, finished in a port pipe and bottled at its extremely hearty full strength of 58.6%.
