Bottled at its cask strength of 56.5%, The Lakes Faith is composed of whiskies originally matured in a mix of ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, which are then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for greater depth of flavour. The Lakes is one of the most exciting new English whisky distilleries, and Faith should be an absolute cracker.
