This small batch 100-Proof Exceptional Cask 16-year-old Speyside (M) 2009 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a small batch of Oloroso sherry butts of the exact same type they use at, say, Macallan, and is bottled at the traditional strength of 57.1%, equivalent to 100 Proof in the old UK imperial system.
