Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 55.9%
This 17-year-old Scapa 2005 is one of a pair of sister casks from the 2005 vintage bottled by Gordon & MacPhail as a UK exclusive in the Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range.
Scapa 2005 17-year-old Cask #484 was a first fill ex-bourbon barrel that yielded 173 bottles at its natural cask strength of 55.9%, and has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration to allow the famously gentle, multi-faceted Scapa spirit to shine its brightest. Scapa has never been easy to get hold of, but G&M are a special case as they have long been licensed bottlers for the distillery, so they still have casks in hand up in Elgin.
Please note that this Scapa 2005 is available to our VIP Club Members only and is Strictly Maximum 1 Bottle Per Customer.
