An old presentation bottle of Penderyn Sherrywood single malt Welsh whisky, bottled by the distillery at 46% without colouring or chill filtration. This edition was replaced in late 2017 by an updated bottle shape for the distillery's revamped Gold range.
Penderyn Sherrywood is matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before a generous finishing period in Oloroso sherry butts and is one of the earliest and longest-surviving of the distillery's excellent core range of Welsh single malt whiskies. This popular Penderyn is an ideal entry point for any sherried Speyside fans looking to dip their toes in the world of Welsh whisky for the first time.
