A 13-year-old Mortlach 2008 bottled without colouring in 2022 by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

This Mortlach 2008 13-year-old was bottled from a trio of hogshead casks at Signatory's preferred strength of 46%. Non-sherried Mortlach is becoming more common nowadays, and that's a good thing because they're generally excellent drams showcasing the distillery's robust, meaty spirit.

This should be a minor classic of the genre.
