This 14-year-old Mortlach 2007 began life in a small batch of hogshead casks before being reracked into a single fresh sherry butt for a 16 month finishing period, and ended up turning out a whopping 697 bottles at its tantalisingly perfect 52% natural cask strength. Sherried Mortlach of this quality and strength is a rare treat, so if you're a fan of Mortlach's meaty funk you should probably fill your boots.
