Macallan 1957 25-year-old Anniversary Malt has long been recognised as one of the finest of the early Macallan prestige bottlings. Two and a half decades spent in sherry casks of a quality way beyond anything possible nowadays has invested Macallan's spirit with sumptuous dried fruitcake and gingerbread flavours, with superb depth and an intensity of flavour that belies its 43% strength.
