This Adelphi Selection 11-year-old Linkwood 2008 came from Cask 308341, a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead, and was bottled at its natural cask strength of 54.7% with a yield of just 309 bottles. Sherry cask Linkwood is an absolute treat, and the increased surface area to volume from the smaller hogshead cask intensifies its influence even at this relatively modest age. This will be a heavyweight crowd pleaser.
