This 26-year-old Linkwood 1997 came from a single bourbon hogshead cask that yielded 177 bottles at its impressive natural cask strength of 56.5%. Linkwood is a brilliant whisky that ages very well in either bourbon or sherry casks and is capable of withstanding very long maturations - at 26 years old, this one should be just hitting its stride.
