Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: The Alistair Walker Whisky Company 70cl / 58.5%
This one looks certain to be a big hit - an Infrequent Flyers bottling of Tobermory distillery's peated spirit Ledaig finished in virgin oak by Alistair Walker Whisky Company.
This Ledaig 2010 has been bottled by Infrequent Flyers as an 11-year-old in 2021 having spent the last part of its maturation in a virgin oak barrel. The combination of peated whisky and virgin oak often results in fireworks, so we expect this cask strength 11-year-old Ledaig 2010 to be extremely popular.

Palate: Abundant peaty, medicinal notes throughout. Very peppery, spicy and tingly. Sweeter elements too - salted caramel and vanilla pods.
