Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 48.4%
You don't see masses of indie bottlings of Laphroaig but when you do see one they are generally of a very good quality like this one from Douglas Laing.
This whisky was distilled in 2004 and aged for 15 years in a refill hogshead before being bottled in 2019 by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular series with a yield of just 282 bottles.
Expect beautiful bonfires, cured meat and seaweed.

Finish: Wonderfully long... seaweed and rock pools with peat smoke and barley.
