A 1995 19 year old Inchgower matured in a sherry butt and bottled in 2015 by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt Cask range. Inchgower is one of the great overlooked distilleries and can work wonderfully in sherry, this one displays all the muscular, oily, fruity complexity we love about this distillery.
