A single cask 32-year-old Highland Park 1991 bottled in 2023 at full strength without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their 35th Anniversary festivities.
This 1991 Highland park 32-year-old came from Cask 15088, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded a generous 557 bottles at its natural cask strength of 53.4%. Long-aged sherried Highland Park is one of the greatest joys to be had in the world of Scotch whisky - no doubt that this Signatory special edition will be stunning stuff.

Complex with subtle dried citrus, raisins as I would usually like in a sherry cask but something (the smoke, grape skins ? from the sherry cask?) unwelcome reminds me of grappa.
