This 1991 Highland park 32-year-old came from Cask 15088, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded a generous 557 bottles at its natural cask strength of 53.4%. Long-aged sherried Highland Park is one of the greatest joys to be had in the world of Scotch whisky - no doubt that this Signatory special edition will be stunning stuff.
