Colour: A warm, tawny colour with clear golden brightness. Nose: Full sweet vanilla notes with touches of smoke. Palate: Rich and honeyed body, with spices and green fruit. Finish: Long and soft with a gentle peatiness.

I know I bought a cask strength whisky but was expecting a nice taste but the strength overpowered the flavor, I found it harsh, but I am not a whiskey conasur. I also bought the secret Orkney signatory cask strength and that was very nice.
