Speyside Single Malt Whisky
Bottled By North Star Spirits 70cl / 58.1%
A 14-year-old Glentauchers 2008 bottled by North Star Spirits in late 2022 without colouring or chill filtration for their 21st Cask Series. Glentauchers is a distillery that usually sits quietly in obscurity but there've been a few very interesting examples bottled by the indies recently, and when a whisky is this dark there'll always be plenty of sherryheads eager to snap it up.
This 2008 Glentauchers 14-year-old came from a single Oloroso sherry butt cask that yielded a whopping 708 bottles at its equally whopping 58.1% cask strength. We'd advise you to move fast if you want one of these.
Please note that this North Star Glentauchers is Strictly Maximum 1 Bottle Per Customer / No discounts can be used against this product.

Official Tasting Notes
Nose: Brand new tupperware filled with empire biscuits and victoria sponge.
Palate: Similar to a leather Rive Droite riding crop soaked in sherry, spanking your taste buds.
Finish: Thick, long, dry and very naughty.
