This 18-year-old Glenlivet 2006 was bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 901017, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt cask that turned out a total of 611 bottles at a massive natural cask strength of 59.5%. A sherried cask strength indie Glenlivet is always a proper treat at this sort of age, this should be excellent.

I really shouldn't share how good this whisky is as I don't want it to sell out. One of the few non sherried releases in this series and therefore quite different from most I have tried before. Absolutely delicious whisky.
