A 19-year-old Glenfarclas 2000 bottled at full strength without colouring or chill filtration by the distillery in 2020 for the almost infinite roster of deliciousness that is the Glenfarclas Family Casks series.
Glenfarclas 2000 19-year-old Family Cask 4084 was a fourth-fill sherry butt, yielding a generous 616 bottles at its natural cask strength of 53.7%, which seems ideal. It's not going to be an epic sherry monster, but for those of us who prefer refill casks and like to be able to taste the distillery's spirit as well as the sherry this will be fabulous stuff.
