A 1997 Glenfarclas 23-year-old bottled from a single cask at full strength without colouring or chill filtration for the Summer 2021 outturn of the legendary Family Casks series.
This 23-year-old Glenfarclas 1997 came from Cask 5964, a single fourth fill sherry butt that yielded 565 bottles at a powerful 58.9%. Expect a complex combination of spicy oak, patisserie and orchard fruit notes on what looks certain to be an absolute belter.
