Having been matured in ex-bourbon casks only, this Glenallachie has a very fresh, orchard fruit loaded taste profile - apple strudel, poached pears and an underlying ex-bourbon oak vanilla sweetness. A very 'fresh' whisky, ideal for consumption in the spring and summer months. Amazing value for money.
