A bottle of The Glaswegian 29-year-old single grain whisky bottled by The Wire Works, an independent bottling arm of Whyte & Mackay run by Master Blender Gregg Glass.
Bottled at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration, The Glaswegian 29-year-old hails from the city's Port Dundas distillery, once the largest of its kind in Scotland but sadly closed by owners Diageo in 2010 and subsequently demolished. A small batch of 1642 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.2%.
