Fanny Fougerat 70cl / 49.6%
Type 73 is a very special 45-year-old single cask Petite Champagne cognac bottled by auteur producer Fanny Fougerat. Type 73 is a 100% Ugni Blanc cognac laid down in the 1970s and has been bottled at its cask strength of 49.6% without chill filtration, colouring or any added sugar.
Fanny Fougerat's Type 73 Petite Champagne cognac is from the producer's Hors-Série range of special edition cognacs and as a single cask can never be repeated. We're delighted to have got our hands on a few bottles of this extraordinary cask strength cognac, bursting with dried citrus and rich, leathery rancio, tobacco and spices.
