Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling 70cl / 43%
An old bottle of the very rare Edradour 1973 30-year-old released in 2003, the year after Andrew Symington bought the distillery.
The casks for this bottling were bought back by Symington from Allied Distillers who had purchased them for filling stock in the early 1970s. Symington bought back three casks and produced two different 30-year-old bottlings - one single cask bottled at full strength and this small batch version, which was an edition of 570 bottles at 43%. These Edradour 1973s were the first ever official 30-year-old Edradours and remain the oldest ever official bottlings from the distillery.

There are a lot of better and cheaper sherried single malts. This one is decent, but too young and I think this is overpriced. I wouldn't buy another bottle of this young single malt at this price level.
