An old bottle of Delamain Pale & Dry bottled most likely in the early 1990s.
Pale & Dry was introduced in 1920 and is Delamain's longstanding flagship brand, a blend of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie purportedly aged for at least 25 years before bottling, though some of that ageing is likely to include time in large vats and/or resting in glass to mellow rather than mature. Delamain's incredibly high quality standards and the age of this particular bottle ensure that this will be a classic sipping cognac.

Yes, a lovely expression from Ardnmurchan. As young as it is (5yrs old I believe), it tastes twice its maturity!
Very well made, delicious & beautifully complex smells & flavours to savour.
