A 30-year-old Cambus 1991 single grain whisky bottled late in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.

This 1991 Cambus is the sister cask to the last release and is matured full term in a refill oloroso butt 104229 with an outturn of 330 bottles at 50.5%.

Let's hope Signatory have plenty more of these casks strewn about!
