Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Signatory Vintage 70cl / 54.4%
A 30-year-old Cambus 1991 single grain whisky bottled late in 2022 without colouring or chill filtration by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection.
This 1991 Cambus 30-year-old was bottled from a refill sherry butt 104230 that turned out 439 bottles at an impressive 54.4%, so there should be plenty of oomph on this one.
Cambus was closed in 1993, so stocks are only going to get scarcer as time goes on - in the meantime, this looks like an absolute beauty for fans of long-aged grain whisky.
