A 2014 bottling of Bushmills 21-year-old Three Wood, the flagship of the distillery's core range and one of the best-loved Irish single malts ever since its introduction around the turn of the millennium.

As the name suggests, Bushmills 21-year-old Three Wood is matured in a combination of three cask types: Oloroso sherry, ex-bourbon and Madeira casks, with the Madeira wood adding an extra layer of sweet cooked fruit complexity to the assemblage. A standard-bearing Irish single malt whiskey, and this particular bottling will contain spirit distilled in the early 1990s, an acknowledged golden era at the Bushmills distillery.
