Bunnahabhain Peat & Fruit was released late in 2022 by Cooper's Choice as part of their ongoing Peat & Fruit series, which has previously been represented by the likes of Caol Ila finished in Port casks and Ardmore finished in Pineau de Charentes casks.
This Bunnahabhain Peat & Fruit spent the last part of its maturation in a cask that previously held Beaumes de Venise, a fortified sweet wine from the Rhône region made with the Muscat grape. This Bunnahabhain Peat & Fruit was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a single cask that yielded 294 bottles at 53% and it's sure to be a delight.

I know I bought a cask strength whisky but was expecting a nice taste but the strength overpowered the flavor, I found it harsh, but I am not a whiskey conasur. I also bought the secret Orkney signatory cask strength and that was very nice.
