An exciting new release from Distell's Bunnahabhain distillery on Islay, Bunnahabhain Aonadh is a 10-year-old marriage of fully sherry-matured casks and port-finished casks, all originally filled on the same day in 2011.
Bunnahabhain Aonadh weighs in at a hefty cask strength of 56.2%. Aonadh is the Gaelic word for Union and is pronounced 'oon-ouch', it says here.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep Auburn.
Nose: Rich creamy vanilla with notes of brandy butter, caramel, indulgent berries and a subtle hint of oak.
Palate: Sweet red and black fruits are complemented with cinnamon spice, roasted nuts and a slight saltiness coming through at the back.
Finish: Long finish with a fading spice reminiscent of chilli chocolate and hints of floral candy.
