Brora was still pretty heavily peated in 1977, while perhaps not as overtly so as the early 70s vintages, these latter 70s casks show a really spectacular mix of farmy peat, sea air and bags of waxy. rustic charm. This 1977 Rare Malts is no exception. A real classic and one that is certainly worth grabbing and trying before it starts to disappear forever.
