Bottled at a hearty 47%, Bimber's Kumquat gin is flavoured with eight botanicals including angelica, lemon, orange and grapefruit as well as the eponymous kumquat for a delightfully citrus-forward easy-drinking but complex gin.

We're big fans of Bimber generally and their remarkable Da Hong Pao gin in particular, so we can't wait to give this a go.

Bimber Kumquat gin is wonderfully versatile: it can be enjoyed in a simple gin & tonic or served with a splash of soda water or ginger ale over the ice. Bimber Kumquat Gin also makes a superb martini - just add your favourite vermouth.
