Nose: Stewed apple, dried fruits and winter spices mingle with caramelised brown sugar and roasted nuts. This then leads to rich dark chocolate with hints of beeswax polish, mature oak and orange citrus.
Palate: Creamy milk chocolate, intense Seville orange top notes and a hint of cracked black pepper lead to stewed plum and red apple.
Finish: Dried tobacco, charred oak and lingering hints of smoke
