This 100-Proof Editions 8-year-old Ben Nevis from Signatory was bottled from a small batch of first and second fill Oloroso sherry butts at the old UK 100 Imperial proof, which is 57.1% alcohol by volume.
The first tranche of these Signatory 100-Proof Editions appeared just before Christmas 2023 and was one of the most popular launches of the year. This is the second Ben Nevis in the series and it's a racing certainty to be another smash hit.

I know I bought a cask strength whisky but was expecting a nice taste but the strength overpowered the flavor, I found it harsh, but I am not a whiskey conasur. I also bought the secret Orkney signatory cask strength and that was very nice.
