Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: The Alistair Walker Whisky Company 70cl / 59.5%
Alistair Walker's Infrequent Flyers range of whiskies launch their sixth batch of releases in Spring 2021, less than two years after the first Infrequent Flyers bottlings appeared.
This single cask Ben Nevis 2011 was finished in a virgin oak barrel, picking up a delightfully deep golden colour and no doubt plenty of fresh oak flavours. Bottled as a 9-year-old with a total of 232 bottles yielded at a hefty 59.5%, this will be popular.
