Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 40%
A lovely old 1987 Ardmore bottled in 2001 by Gordon & MacPhail for what is now known as the Distillery Labels series.
Starved of attention for many years, Ardmore distillery really only came into its own following Jim Beam's 2005 takeover. This 1987 Ardmore is an example of the licensed bottlings by Gordon & MacPhail that for many years were practically the only way Ardmore fans could get hold of the distillery's single malt, the majority of which was being used for the Teacher's blend.
