A 12-year-old Ardlair 2011 vintage single cask bottled in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection. Ardlair, as you might already know is Ardmore's rare unpeated whisky, which is normally reserved exclusively for blending and is very seldom available as a single malt.
Even better, this 2011 Ardlair 12-year-old has been bottled by Signatory without colouring or chill filtration from a single refill Oloroso sherry cask that yielded a generous 628 bottles at an exceptionally poky natural cask strength of 63.1%. This will be a little belter.
