A single cask Spirit of Yorkshire 2018 5-year-old English single malt whisky bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by independent bottlers Adelphi for their Adelphi Selection series.
This 5-year-old Spirit of Yorkshire 2018 came from single cask 3054, a first fill Moscatel hogshead cask that should have added lots of luscious sweet honeyed fruity flavours to the whisky, and was an edition of 330 bottles at a hearty 48% strength.
