Released as part of Signatory’s ongoing 100-Proof series this release has been finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry Butts and represents the 81st release in the series.
Bottled at 57.1%, equivalent to 100-Proof in the old UK imperial system without added colouring or chill filtration, preserving the "muscular" and "meaty" Speyside character Craigellachie is famous for. A mid-aged release offering a great opportunity to experience what many consider a "hidden gem" of the whisky world.
