For Michter's Toasted Barrel Finish, the standard Michter's US*1 Bourbon whiskey is reracked after its standard initial maturation into very special casks that have been toasted but not charred. The resulting finished whiskey is then bottled at a lip-smacking 45.7% and is highly recommended for bourbon fans looking for an extra sweet, spicy kick.
