A 14-year-old Ardmore Highland single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2023 by Douglas Laing as part of their The Vault single cask collection.

Matured in a refill barrel for 14 years, this release was drawn from cask number 17810 and bottled at a natural cask strength of 57% ABV, with a limited outturn of just 236 bottles.

Ardmore is renowned for its distinctive peated Highland whisky, traditionally produced using peated malt and offering a character quite different from the heavily peated malts of Islay. Its signature style combines earthy smoke with honeyed malt, orchard fruits and gentle spice. Maturation in a refill barrel allows the distillery's character to remain prominent, with less influence from the oak.

Exclusively selected for Y's Cask in Tokyo, Japan, this single cask release forms part of Douglas Laing's The Vault range, showcasing individually selected casks bottled in limited quantities.
