A nice one from the vaults - a Dalmore 1994, bottled in 2005 as a 10-year-old at 43% by Ian MacLeod for their Chieftain's range.

The Dalmore in question was a micro-batch of two casks from the 1994 vintage, and the whisky was finished in Medoc red wine casks before bottling, which would explain the extremely tempting deep copper colour this Dalmore 1994 is showing.
