The One Orange Wine Cask Finished Whisky is a blend created by Dhavall Gandhi, master Whiskymaker at Cumbria's The Lakes Distillery.
For The One series of whiskies, Gandhi combines The Lakes' sherry-matured English whisky with Scottish grain and malt whiskies from the Highlands, Islay and Speyside. The One Orange Wine Cask Finished Whisky is a limited edition blend that was further matured in casks that previously held the very rare ‘Vino de Naranja’, a Spanish aromatised wine made with macerated Seville orange peels.

Nose: Country marmalade, butterscotch and hints of dried tobacco.
Palate: Candied oranges with tropical fruits and a swirl of gentle peat smoke.
Finish: Smooth and buttery with a clean finish.
