A single cask 26-year-old Pittyviach single malt scotch whisky bottled by Signatory Vintage without colouring. It was filled on the 22nd June 1976 into cask number 8588, described only as 'oak' so probably a refill cask, and yielded 407 bottles at 43%. It was subsequently bottled over 26 years later on 5th September 2002.

Pittyvaich is a closed and demolished distillery. Built in 1974 on the same site as Dufftown Distillery in Speyside. It operated for only 18 years to supply malt for Bell's blends. It closed in 1993, and the buildings were demolished in 2002. Due to its short life, official bottlings are rare so if you're interested in Pittyvaich single malt, these independent bottlings are your best bet.
