Glen Garioch is getting pretty hot again, with the dark lavender days of the 1980s vintages a distant memory for most. As former owners of the distillery, Morrison Distillers must have been delighted to get their hands on the sherry butts that comprise this Carn Mor Strictly Limited bottling.
This is a Glen Garioch 2011, bottled from those sherry butts in 2021 as a 9 year old at Carn Mor's preferred 47.5% strength. There were 1636 bottles turned out at that strength, but we've only got a few and at this extremely reasonable price we don't expect them to last very long.

Bread and butter pudding, with a sprinkling of brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
A full-flavoured sherry-cask matured dram originating from Glen Garioch, this dram is perfect on a winter night sat by the fire. Sweet sherried fruit notes coupled with spice character makes this a cracking warm-you-up dram. Excellent value again from the Morrison stable.
