A wine-finished Edradour, distilled on 17th July 2015 and bottled in September 2026 at 11 years old. Drawn from casks #501 and #504, this Highland single malt was finished in first-fill Pinot Grigio casks and bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and without chill filtration.

This release continues the ongoing collaboration between Edradour and the St. Michael-Eppan winery, a series exploring the influence of Italian wine casks on the distillery's Highland single malt. As with earlier bottlings in the series, the casks were sourced from St. Michael-Eppan in Alto Adige, bringing together Edradour's traditional Scottish whisky making with the winemaking heritage of northern Italy.

Pinot Grigio is one of the grape varieties closely associated with Alto Adige, and its use represents a particularly unusual choice of finishing cask for Scotch whisky, adding another dimension to Edradour's naturally rich and characterful spirit.

St. Michael-Eppan was founded in 1907 and has become one of Alto Adige's best-known wine producers, while Edradour dates back to 1825 and has been owned by Andrew Symington and Signatory Vintage since 2002. The collaboration brings together two producers with very different traditions, using a succession of Italian wine casks to explore new facets of Edradour's distinctive house style.
