This Edradour is not a finish; it has been matured full-term in 1st fill Burgundy hogsheads. While Burgundy is often celebrated for its elegantly-structured wines, the Pinot Noir heritage of these specific casks lends this whisky a truly distinctive character. You can expect a profile of delicate red fruits and dried cherry, complemented by a subtle earthiness that speaks to the great terroir of the region. The finish is refined, featuring a gentle spice that lingers long after the last sip.
