The mid-1990s were a golden era for Clynelish, with the 1995-1997 vintages particularly special. As you might have guessed from the colour, this particular Clynelish 1995 came from a sherry butt - Cask 8659, which yielded 576 bottles at its cask strength of 50.7%. This will be an epic dram.
