This 35-year-old Blair Athol 1988 came from a single Oloroso sherry butt Cask 6790 that yielded 450 bottles at its impressively poky natural cask strength of 55.9%. Blair Athol is a sturdy spirit perfectly suited to sherry cask ageing and this 35th Anniversary edition, distilled the same year Andrew Symington founded Signatory, will be an absolute star.
